You can only use each of this card's 1st and 2nd effects once per turn.
(1) During your opponent's turn, when an opponent's monster's effect is activated: You can reveal this card in your hand; destroy that monster, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand. You cannot Special Summon Effect Monsters from anywhere other than your hand for the rest of this turn.
(2) While this card is in the Monster Zone, if a card other than this card is destroyed by a card effect: You can send 1 "Blitzkrieg" Spell/Trap from your Deck to the GY.
